By accessing or using www.TheVBT.com (“the Site”), you are entering into a binding agreement with Sojourner LLC d/b/a Visual Bible Timeline (“VBT,” “we,” “us”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
VBT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any other platform, publisher, app store, or ministry unless we state otherwise in writing. References to third-party services (for example payment processing) are for functionality only.
All Visual Bible Timeline original content on the Site—including but not limited to artwork, panel layouts, branding, text we write for the product, and the overall presentation—is owned by Sojourner LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, repost, sublicense, or otherwise use VBT content on any website, app, or platform outside www.TheVBT.com except as we expressly permit in writing or as required by law. Paid or subscriber-only material must be used only through the Site according to your entitlements.
Where the Site presents text from the King James Version (KJV) of the Bible, that scripture text is drawn from the public domain in the United States and many other jurisdictions. Public-domain status of the KJV does not extend to VBT's original artwork, adaptation, typography, or other creative expression, which remain the property of Sojourner LLC as described above. Note: In the United Kingdom, the KJV is subject to Crown Copyright controlled by royal letters patent; users in the UK should be aware of this distinction.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Subscriptions and purchases are subject to these Terms and to Stripe's or other processors' terms where applicable. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service.
The Site is not directed at individuals under 13 years of age. By using this Site you represent that you are at least 13 years old. Parents or guardians who believe a child under 13 has created an account should contact us immediately at bp@sojourn.llc.
VBT subscriptions are billed monthly at $8.99/month and automatically renew each billing period unless canceled. By subscribing you acknowledge:
Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial months or unused portions of a billing period. If you cancel mid-month, your paid access continues through the end of that billing period and no partial refund is issued. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at bp@sojourn.llc within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request.
If you submit comments, feedback, or other content to VBT (for example, through chapter comments or contact forms), you grant Sojourner LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the service. You represent that you own or have permission to share any content you submit. We may remove user-generated content at our discretion and are not responsible for content submitted by users.
The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Religious or educational content on this Site is not a substitute for professional, pastoral, or theological advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sojourner LLC and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Each party waives the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action for any dispute covered by this agreement.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice via email or a banner on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
