Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or display of VBT artwork is infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability.

Scripture text from the King James Version (KJV) is in the public domain in the United States. VBT's original artistic expression—the artwork, compositions, and visual adaptation—is not public domain and remains fully protected.

Reporting copyright infringement (DMCA takedown)

If you believe your copyright has been infringed by material on www.TheVBT.com, or by material we link to from the Site in a way that infringes your rights, you may send a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Your notice must include all of the following:

1. Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
3. The specific URL or location on www.TheVBT.com where the allegedly infringing material appears.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send takedown notices to: bp@sojourn.llc using the subject line DMCA Takedown Notice (pre-filled when you use the link above).

Submit only good-faith notices. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may expose you to liability under federal law (including 17 U.S.C. 512(f)).

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed from www.TheVBT.com as a result of a mistaken or misidentified takedown, you may submit a counter-notification to bp@sojourn.llc with the subject line DMCA Counter-Notification. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original takedown notice.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

False counter-notifications may also create legal risk. Use this process only when you genuinely believe the takedown was improper.

Reporting stolen VBT artwork

If you find VBT artwork posted without permission on another platform (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, etc.), please report it to us at bp@sojourn.llc with the subject line Infringement Report and a link to the infringing post. We will issue takedowns on our behalf. Thank you for helping protect the work.
